PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Management and delivery of custom cabinet and millwork projects across various departments internally

  • Coordination of outside parties, schedules and expectations to ensure timely and cost efficient delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Be involved in all stages of a project from concept to completion

  • Ensure accurate design and measurement expectations

  • Create shop drawings

  • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met

  • Maintain required project documentation

  • Serve as liaison between internal and external parties to the projects

  • Serve as an advocate for the customer

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in woodworking, millwork, construction, and/or architecture

  • Strong computer drafting skills. Sketchup/Layout a plus.

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills

  • Deadline and detail oriented

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Diligent

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities

DESIGN + MARKETING ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Right hand person for our president and design team

  • Attend customer meetings with president and take extensive notes

  • Share information gathered at meetings with project managers and estimating team

  • Coordinate schedules and customer information

  • Be a conduit for information flow between design and project managers

  • Manage the administration of our marketing plan, including B/A/D Talks, social media posts, website, and print advertising

  • Learn to draft design drawings in Sketchup and Layout

  • Interact with outside vendors to get quotes on certain components of jobs being worked on

  • Be aware of customer and job time frame concerns and ensure the communication of such

Draftsperson

Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed, precise shop drawings for submission to engineering in support of a team of project managers

  • Interact with outside vendors to get quotes on certain components of projects being worked on

Qualifications:

  • CAD drafting experience is a must

  • Experience drafting in Sketchup/Layout preferred

  • Woodworking experience a plus

  • Construction experience a plus

  • Diligent

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities

cabinet assembler

Assembly of custom cabinetry in manufacturing facility prior to Installation

Responsibilities:

  • Case construction / miscellaneous fabrication

  • Final assembly, fit finished parts, install and troubleshoot various hardware

  • Pack parts, load truck, assist with deliveries

  • Ability and willingness to work in other areas of cabinet/millwork production - Cross-training available and encouraged as opportunities allow (benchwork/fabrication, installation, milling, finishing/sanding)

  • Some travel may be required (including overnights)

Qualifications:

  • Quality control is a priority

  • Team player

  • Woodworking skills/experience

  • Proactive, self-starter, problem solver

  • Willingness to work overtime/weekends as required

  • Maintain clean, safe work environment

  • Take direction well

  • Ability to read blueprints / shop drawings
